The Property.
Once you are happy with the property you have chosen and wish to purchase you will need to provide details of your passport and current address and contact details in the country of residence.

NIE Registration
This is a necessary document required to purchase Spanish property, a foreigner fiscal registration number. You will need your original passport and 2 copies together with 4 recent photographs we then take you to the registration office to process the documentation.

Deposit
Once the purchase contract has been produced a deposit of 10% of the purchase price is required and passed to the vendors lawyer, the contract is fully binding to both the buyer and the vendor. If the deposit is not available at the time a holding cost of 3,000 euros is required to remove the property from the market.

Bank Account
A Spanish bank account is essential to the process of buying property and with the links between UK and Spanish banks the experience is pleasurable.

Mortgage
If you require a mortgage we will advise you through a partnership with financial services who will explain everything in greater detail and in English.
